Sure and Firm Foundation, Inc. is a Pennsylvania State domestic non-profit organization committed to giving hope to the children of West Africa. Rev, Mother Janet Campbell Tarpeh founded the organization in 2008 to meet the needs of the suffering children of West Africa.
In January on 2009 the Sure and Firm Foundation with the help of Pastor James Kiazolu and Sister Jestina Poyeah Taweh was incorporated in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to do business as a non profit foundation.
Mission
Sure and Firm Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit organization committed to the support and empowerment of destitute, delinquent, abandoned, neglected children and adolescents that live throughout Liberia and West Africa. We recognize that poverty, disease and war have committed innocent children to lives of unbearable conditions. The Sure And Firm Foundation seeks to design and implement effective models for orphanages encompassing the four characteristics of Sure and Firm: Health, Education, Ample Nutrition and Christ's Love

* rejects family's christian values
* is out in the strret and out of control or has low self-image
* is neglected and abuse and rape
* is a victim of war, an orphan or outcast in the community
* is irresponsible, showing lack of character
* runs with a negative crowd or has no friend
* is unmotivated and failing in school
* is disrespectful and rejecting the love of parents and others
* is a drug addict, prostitute, gambler, robbery, trouble maker breaking the law
* is a child soldier
Our Vision
It is the vision of Sure And Firm Foundations to:
* Preach and present Jesus Christ to kids and young people in such a way that they will make a personal decision to follow Christ.
* Nurture christian kids and youth in their walks with Jesus Christ
* Promote sexual abstinence amongst young people
* Provide free education ( providing school fees and supplies )
* Provide relief assistance to kids and youth who are in the streets, homeless, orphans, and the less fortunate (eg. Toys, Food, Clothes, School supplies )
* Provide skills training in agriculture, sewing, drawing, drafting, fine arts, and other vocational training to empower youth.
